ONE Party. ONE Night. ONE Cause. Join YAD at the 2nd annual ONE Event to celebrate the culture, food, music, and popular dance of New Orleans. Live music by Critical Brass, Cajun cuisine (kosher-style), casino style gaming, silent auction, prize drawings, and more. Thousands of people are still in financial crisis as a result of Hurricane Katrina, and require assistance for basic essential needs. 67% of the proceeds from the ONE Event will be donated to Helping Hands, a program of Jewish Family Service which provides financial assistance to both Jewish and non-Jewish people for food, rent, utilities, transportation, medical expenses, and child/adult daycare.
