Shoshana Ohriner Sweeten your Shabbat with a home-baked challah. Follow a delicious recipe and learn to knead and braid challah. Make a batch to take home. While the dough is rising, learn the Jewish laws of separating a tithe and get a taste of fresh challahs, raisins, chocolate chips, sesame or poppy seeds optional. No baking done during class; feel free to bring Tupperware bowl to transport dough.
