Switzer Falls to Bear Canyon

Dave Goldstein will lead this 8 miles, 1400 feet elevation gain. We will go into the canyons and ravines of the Arroyo Seco in the San Gabriel Mountains from Switzer Falls campground. Several stream crossings in the initial (1.5 mi) part of the hike, a short ascent along the ridges, and then a 2.5 mile descent into scenic canyons with spectacular panoramic views from the ridge.
