February 2007
Friday 9 February 2007
Fri 9 Feb to Sun 11 Feb. Join us in early February for another fabulous JOA camping weekend, this time in beautiful Joshua Tree, one of the most inspiring national parks in the United States. Located only 185 miles from Los Angeles, just northeast of Palm Springs, Joshua Tree is known as the high desert and a land of amazing boulders. It is also one of the coolest national parks because young, hip rock climbers from all over the world frequent the park for its first-class rock climbing. But you need not be a rock climber to appreciate the beauty and spirit of Joshua Tree. Los Angeles. Ami Alon, 310-926-1344, jewishoutdoor@yahoo.com. Jewish Outdoor Adventures - [more][events]
