Ric Cherwin was born into a family of singers, musicians, writers, artists and actors. From his first public singing performance at the age of 7, singing, playing, writing and performing have been Cherwin’s passion. Although a folk-rock blueser at heart, Cherwin’s influences include Harry Connick Jr., Art Garfunkel, Aretha Franklin and Diana Ross. Cherwin’s latest CD, My Mind Took Off Without Me, speaks to the inner voices that inhabit Cherwin’s psyche.
