This hike of about 6 miles with a 900 feet elevation gain. We will have spectacular views of the Santa Monica Mountains.2 liters of water, lunch, snacks, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, hiking boots or shoes with good traction, day-pack, jacket in cold weather, shorts and T shirt in warm weather or long pants and long sleeved shirt otherwise. fitting light-colors are pref.t at the western side of the parking lot of Albertson’s supermarket, (there is also an Office Max and a Starbucks Coffee in the same shopping center). Park on Durango Ave next to the parking lot.s location is right next to the Robertson’s Blvd exit off of the 10 freeway. will be no JOA representative here so form your own carpools. call for pick up times and directions
