Voice of Israel Initiative of New Hampshire (Vision) presents Saturday, November 8th, 7 PM at the JFNH Federation Building In 1945 there were up to one million Jews living in the Middle East and North Africa outside the Palestine Mandate - many living in communities dating back more than three millennia. Today, there are several thousand. Hear a first hand account of what happened to Israel Bonan, an Egyptian Jew and his family in early June of 1967, on the first day of the Six Day War. Follow their steps from jail to jail and finally onto a freighter to reach first safe haven. Unimaginable hardships where imposed on the Jews living in Arab countries for one basic reason, their religion. But, there were people who extended a helping hand, lifting their sp
