Day 3 Thu Jan 15 Galilee
Arrive at Ben Gurion airport. Your guide will meet you at the airport. Visit the Biblical Garden at Neot Kedumim, a unique park with plants mentioned in the Bible and have your breakfast. Visit the ancient seaport of Jaffa where Peter stayed with Simon the Tanner and the restored Artists’ Quarter. Drive along the ancient “Way of the Sea” to explore Caesarea the major port in the era of Jesus. Travel to Mt. Carmel for a view of the Bay of Haifa. Continue to Megiddo, where John envisioned the final war that would take place on the Plain of Armageddon. Drive through Galilean landscape via Nazareth and Cana.

Day 4 Fri Jan 16 Sea of Galilee
Travel to Nof Ginosar and see the 2000 year old boat found in the Sea of Galilee. Enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Drive down to the Mt. of the Beatitudes overlooking the Sea of Galilee and the site where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. On to visit Capernaum, where Jesus chose to center his Ministry. Visit Yardenit the baptism site on the Jordan River.

Day 5 Sat Jan 17 Dead Sea

Proceed to Beth Shean where excavations have found the ruins of the country's largest city in the Roman Empire. Travel down the Jordan Valley with views of Mount of Temptation, Jericho and Mt. Nebo to the Dead Sea area. Proceed to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea. Stop in Qumran, center of the Essenes who wrote the Dead Sea Scrolls. Stop at the shore of the Dead Sea to take a dip in the salt mineral water.

Day 6 Sun Jan 18 Massada Jerusalem

Visit Massada, built by King Herod. Ride the cable car to the top to explore the excavations. Hike up to Ein Gedi Falls, the desert oasis where David hid from King Saul. Travel up to Jerusalem through the Judean Wilderness to Mt. of Olives to enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Jerusalem and greet the city with the traditional blessing. Walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed for God’s will to be done.

Day 7 Mon Jan 19 Jerusalem
Drive through Government Hill to see the Menorah across from the Knesset, Israeli Parliament. Visit the Israel Museum to see the Shrine of the Book, home to the Dead Sea Scrolls. Then spend time at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial, visiting the museum and the Valley of the Jewish Communities.

Day 8 Tue Jan 20 Jerusalem
Early morning Prayer Watch at Jerusalem King of Kings Prayer Pavilion. Drive to Mount Zion, visit the Room of the Last Supper and King David’s Tomb. Enter the Jewish Quarter, the colorful alleys and markets. Walk along the renovated Cardo, the Roman market street to the Western Wall. Tour Davidson Center for a virtual tour of the temple in Jesus’ time. See the Southern Steps of the Temple. End the day at the Garden Tomb for Communion.
