We will have two seatings - 6PM and 8:30PM for 24 people each

Neuman Rotisserie’s own Menachem Neuman will be in attendance along with Tzuba Winemaker Paul Dubb & sommelier David Rhodes.

TECHINA CUSTARD – with silan, cookie crumbs and green apples
Paired with ’08 TZUBA LATE HARVEST CHARDONNAY

MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE – Served over a cherry coulis with espresso foam
