About Your Guide:

Sarit Ben-David Sela is a visual artist, architect, and movement facilitator who brings creativity, mindfulness, and deep presence to every gathering. She’s the founder of Nia Gainesville and creator of the SloMo Movement method. With warmth and insight, Sarit creates a playful and supportive space to reconnect with your own creative spark.

To ensure a rich group experience, the workshop will be held with at least four registered participants.
