Possible urban landscape topics include technology use in the landscape, HOA/homeowners incentives, or landscape maintenance.

Registration
This year, the second day of the Summit will include two intensive ISTs. You can choose to attend both days, the first day, one IST, and/or the second IST. Different ticket options are included below.
UF faculty should register for all three (Urban Landscape Summit, Nitrogen IST, and Urban Trees IST) through PDEC to allow for reimbursement.

Intensive In-Service Trainings
On the second day, the Water Initiative team will present two intensive ISTs. Both relate to urban landscapes and we encourage participants to attend these more in-depth sessions.
IST #1 - The Transformation of Nitrogen: From Tide to Turf and Its Effect on Water Quality and the Environment
IST #2 - Urban Trees and Water Quality

Graduate Student Poster Presentation Competition
Participants will present their project in a 2 minute lightning round and it will be followed by a traditional poster session. Participants are judged on importance of the subject to Florida, scientific merit, experimental design rigor, literature review, completeness, clarity, and response to questions. Award recipients will receive a monetary award towards their graduate work.
