Three day, all inclusive retreat featuring several speakers and topics on genealogy and family history. Excellent opportunity to learn new techniques and network with people who share the same interests. Early slated speakers and topics include Genealogical Proof Standard by Randy Scott, Genetic Genealogy (DNA) by Sherrell Buchanan, American Migration Patterns - Waterway Routes by Steve King, Layered History by Sharolyn and Patrick McCoy. Friday afternoon will be devoted to scrapbooking and associated skills, presented by award winning scrapbookers, Shirley Ratliff and Luretta Williams. Additional lectures will be presented by Debbie Sumner and national speaker, Carrie Cook. Informative sessions will touch on extra genealogical and historical topics.
